Role Details:

• Full-time position teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
• Long-term role with opportunities for career progression.
• Plan and deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to explore scientific concepts with confidence.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the STEM curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Science across various key stages.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and an ability to inspire and challenge students.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality science education and promoting STEM learning.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Is flexible, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
