Role Details:
- Full-time position teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
- Long-term role with opportunities for career progression.
- Plan and deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to explore scientific concepts with confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the STEM curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Science across various key stages.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and an ability to inspire and challenge students.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality science education and promoting STEM learning.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Is flexible, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
