SENDCo | Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring tailored support for all pupils with additional needs.
- Oversee and manage EHCPs, collaborating effectively with teachers, families, and external agencies.
- Inspire, guide, and support staff in delivering inclusive and effective teaching strategies.
- Monitor and track the progress of SEND pupils, evaluating the impact of interventions and adjusting approaches where necessary.
