Partnerships Manager - Kent/ Hybrid (Min 1 day a week on-site) /Permanent /Full-Time Excellent Benefits, Competitive Salary (DOE) Sponsorship not available for this role ABOUT THE CLIENT We are partnered with a Cyber Security Consultancy who are a leader in delivering large scale technical programmes within the public sector.They are looking to onboard a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of working in either the private sector or public sector. ROLE OBJECTIVE As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with the client s strategic goals and mission. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. Lead negotiations and closing of partnership deals. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key industry players. Act as the main point of contact for partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, etc.) to develop partnership strategies that align with organisational objectives.
