Position: Senior Site Manager - Block Manager Location: Maidenhead, Slough Immediate Start Client: Our client is the largest UK housebuilder delivering mixed tenured developments.They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join on a project in Maidenhead. We are looking for someone who can take control, manage a block and multiple site managers. Candidate: Have experience in overseeing, liaising, supporting and dealing with other managers as will be in charge of the managers running the cores. Needs good IT skills, due to use of 4p for drawings, snag R for QA as noted. Also, for undertaking HandS docs. Will need to liaise with warranty provider/ building control other inspecting bodies.
