This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about providing emotional and practical support to students and their families.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students and their families.Act as a liaison between school and home, ensuring effective communication and support.Collaborate with external agencies to ensure students and families receive the necessary support.Offer guidance on issues such as attendance, emotional well-being, and behavioural concerns. Requirements: Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a school setting.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with families and students.Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
