We''re looking for skilled Apprenticeships Trainers to join our team at Lift Schools. You will deliver the Teaching Assistant standard apprenticeship. Our curriculum intent is to prepare school support staff with the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to thrive in often under-recognised roles. In so doing, we ensure our apprentices maximise the impact they can have on schools, pupils and their own life choices. As an Apprenticeships Trainer, you will work with Lift Schools and external employers to deliver our existing Teaching Assistant Level 3 and the new Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 (SEND). There is also the opportunity to work on other programmes such as our Early Years, Business Admin, IT and Coaching programmes depending on applicant qualifications and experience. You will deliver individual Apprenticeship programmes, including induction, planning, delivery, teaching, learning and assessment.
