This hands-on role is vital in ensuring that equipment, facilities, and vehicles operate seamlessly. Responsibilities include managing a facilities team, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and driving efficiency improvements across the business.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support facilities staff, ensuring swift responses to maintenance requests and accurate invoice processing.Conduct regular site checks, perform minor repairs, and manage contractors for larger maintenance and improvement projects.Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.Implement preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain safe standards for all equipment, including racking and lifting systems.Manage budgets for capital expenditure and repairs, sourcing cost-effective solutions and optimising resources.About You:With solid experience in facilities management in catering, warehouses with refrigeration, or supermarket retail, you are highly organised and skilled in problem-solving.
