Day to day responsibilities Dealing with phone calls and post advising of claims. FNOL management ensuring all new claims are monitored and handled. Diary and report maintenance. Matching of all post/diary entries. Ensuring that the Claims Manager is fully aware of all issues or complaints. Ensuring that full compliance of our standards is maintained at all times. Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations. Ensure all records and communications with clients are accurately recorded and filed in the correct manner. Person Specification Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and the CII s Code of Ethics and GDPR. Must have a minimum of 2 years commercial motor claims experience.
