About the Role:
This school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Hartfield. The role involves providing direct support to students with special educational needs, helping them to engage in their learning and develop key skills. You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to ensure students'' needs are met both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individual learning plans for students.
• Support students both in and outside the classroom to help them access the curriculum.
• Assist with studentsandrsquo; social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to the teaching team.
• Help create and adapt learning materials for studentsandrsquo; specific needs.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting.
• A genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• A patient and positive approach to working with children.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
