The role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Process Lead to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting business requirements, understanding current processes, and driving the design and implementation of future systems. This role requires close collaboration with various partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of integrated, customer-centric, and automated solutions. Responsibilities: Document business requirements and desired outcomes for the finance area. Understand and document current processes, pain points, and stakeholder feedback. Work closely with other Product Owners across Finance, HR, and Procurement. Support role-to-user mapping for the finance area. Participate in UAT, involving BAU teams as needed.
