This provision supports pupils aged 11-17 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural challenges.Key Responsibilities:PE Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons that are accessible and engaging for students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of the students.Curriculum Development: Design and implement a dynamic PE curriculum that aligns with national standards while being flexible to accommodate the specific learning needs of students with SEMH.Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress through both formative and summative assessments. Provide constructive feedback that encourages students to develop their physical skills and confidence.Behaviour Management: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
