We are seeking a passionate individual to support students in their academic and personal development, working closely with teachers to ensure a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional help.Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning atmosphere.Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning journey.Assist in preparing classroom resources and learning materials.Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities.Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students can thrive.About You:We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:Has a passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Is patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students.Has prior experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) (preferred but not mandatory).Is adaptable, proactive, and willing to support the wider school community.Has a good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above).What We Offer:A welcoming and supportive school ..... full job details .....
