The CRM Project and Marketing Executive will support the CRM Manager by developing, implementing and maintaining key eCRM projects and automated email campaigns containing service/marketing messages.The CRM Executive will also support the business to achieve the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for key destinations, and booking/revenue goals through CRM activity - with a focus on the delivery of a set of key data-driven email communications projects.Key Responsibilities Help plan and implement key eCRM projects to meet the short and long-term needs of the business Scope business requirements for new eCRM projects (primarily data-driven dynamic email campaigns and key CRM-related digital projects) Engage with internal contacts and external agencies to effectively manage costs, timings and KPIs for each CRM marketing project.
