The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the residential refurbishment market and be able to work effectively with Project Manager across multiple projects at any one time. Communication skills and the ability to sometimes deal direct with clients and attend site will also be key to ensuring there is good control on finances without compromising on delivery and service.
