The Role of the Plant Manager The Plant Manager will be based in the companies Birmingham Plant. Working for this market leading manufacturer of building products you will specialise in Asphalt. You ll be working alongside an Assistant Manager and three multi skilled operatives. As the Plant Manager you ll be required to be hands on, mixing asphalt, operating the loading shovel and weighbridge daily. Responsibility for your own Health and Safety and any visitors or contractors to your site. Responsibility for the accurate production of Asphalt Ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.
