Production Lead Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester Hours: Pitman shift pattern, day shifts only Salary: 39,963.32 per annum Responsibilities: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets and meet schedules through proactive planning and problem-solving. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Ensure effective communication across shifts, including detailed handovers. Manage real-time operational adjustments based on production needs and material availability. Oversee resource allocation and inventory levels, ensuring ERP system accuracy. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production issues. Enforce health, safety, and quality standards while promoting best practices.
