As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, Behavioural and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.Key Responsibilities:Build positive and supportive relationships with students.Implement behaviour management strategies to help students improve their behaviour and self-regulation.Assist teachers and staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.Provide one-on-one and group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to create and implement individual behaviour plans.Document and track student progress.Attend training sessions and professional development to enhance your skills.Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.Requirements:Previous experience working with young people with SEN and managing challenging behaviour is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability ..... full job details .....
