An enthusiastic career focused Business Development Manager required for an industry leader
This is a regional role covering the following areas: Nottingham/Sheffield/Yorkshire
Remote role but mist be able to attend Meetings at the Nottingham Head Office (just off J25)

Key Duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and relationship building.
  • Gain commitment from key decision makers and sell industry leading products and services.
  • Network, consult, build and maintain relationships – with Distributors and targeted business customers (telephone, email, social networks, etc.)
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and future business.
  • Ensure continuous growth of your key customer base.
  • Lead and develop 2 staff members.

Key Skills
  • 5 years sales experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment from any sector.
  • Ability to identify and win new business.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools.
  • Driven to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to do occasional nights away from home.

Benefits:
  • Salary of £50,000 pa plus commission.
  • Company Car and fuel card.
