They are looking to add a Part Time Accounts Assistant to their team. The role would suit someone offers 20-25 hours a week and can be flexible to fit the days/hours youre looking for. Theres a salary of up to 20,000 (pro rata based on GBP30,000), 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata), free parking and a pension. What will you be doing as an Accounts Assistant:Working as part of a friendly team, you will be carrying out an all round accounts role. Duties will include:Processing purchase ledger invoicesCarrying out payment runsProcessing sales ledger invoicesOpening new accounts and setting up credit checksCalling outstanding invoices to request paymentCompleting monthly management accountsLiaising with accounts regarding payroll informationWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant roleThe ability to complete monthly accountsAAT qualifications would be beneficial but are not essentialExperience using Sage, ideally Sage Line 200 although any version of Sage would be acceptableConfident and friendly characterStable work historyAble to commit to a part time role on an ongoing basisWhat will you get in return for your work as an Accounts Assistant:A salary of 14,933 to 20,000 (based on par rata 28,000 to 30,000) depending on hours and ..... full job details .....
