They are seeking an IT Operations Technician to support, deploy, monitor, and maintain their IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role involves collaboration with central IT initiatives, teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide second-line support for office-based, remote, and mobile users. Manage second and third-line support for hardware, networks, and applications. Install and configure PCs, software, and applications. Administer servers and monitor systems using appropriate tools. Set up and maintain LAN networks, including switches and access points. Configure and support mobile devices. Participate in IT projects and document processes and troubleshooting guides. Skills and Experience Essential: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server (Apply online only), and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and SQL Server. Familiarity with SCCM, MDM tools, and patching processes. Desirable: Project management experience.
