This is for a thriving and expanding SEN School who cater to students aged 3-19 with a variety of special needs including Autism, PMLD, and complex needs. This is a full-time, long term role with a view to going permanent. The salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience. The hours will be from 8.30am-3.45pm. SEN Teaching Assistant responsibilities: Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment, fostering independence, confidence, and social interaction among students.Assist with classroom management and provide support for students with a variety of special needsCollaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement personalised learning plans and adapt materials to meet the specific needs of each student.Help students with personal care tasks, including feeding, toileting, and mobility, as required.
