Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and flexible Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in High Wycombe. Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Inspire and assist students to achieve their highest potential.
andbull; Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning and preparation.
andbull; Maintain a positive and well-structured classroom environment, adhering to the schoolandrsquo;s behaviour policies.
andbull; Offer tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs.
Ideal Candidate:
andbull; Holds a current DBS check (or is willing to obtain one).
andbull; Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
andbull; Able to provide two recent employment references.
andbull; Experience working with Key Stage 3-5 students.
andbull; Able to commute easily to and within High Wycombe.
