Recruitment and HR Specialist We have an amazing 12 month FTC for a proven and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist with experience in the engineering and Technical industries for both permanent and contract positions. The Recruitment and HR Specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, for both subcontractors and permanent staff in all areas of the UK business. The role will also be responsible for continuing to build the employer brand and support the wider strategic priorities of the business. The position requires someone who is 80% Recruitment and 20% HR focussed. The duties will include, but will not be limited to: Responding immediately to new resource requirements across the UK and Europe, raising relevant paperwork and advertising them effectively and liaising with subcontractors Working closely with Marketing, and other stakeholders, to continue to build the employer brand, and support the communication of it with relevant audiences. Designing and executing a suitable search campaign to generate a number of suitable applications Undertake Pre-interview and select suitable candidates, shortlisting for presentation to the line manager Managing each candidate from first contact until rejection or until onboarded with the company.
