They are currently seeking a aftercare manager to oversee their super prime high end residential new builds, In charge of coordinating and overseeing a range of home services, managing project planning and execution, allocating resources, managing subcontractors, and communicating with clients. Organize and arrange a range of household services, such as repairs, upkeep, cleaning, gardening, and home improvements. Create detailed project schedules and strategies in partnership with the Projects team. Supervise on-site teams carrying out spontaneous tasks, offering guidance and assistance, and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain relationships with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively. Regularly communicate with clients to grasp their requirements, provide updates on service schedules and project timelines, and promptly address any concerns. Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including local building codes and zoning regulations.
