Job Description:
The Support Staff position encompasses a variety of duties designed to assist both students and teachers. You will actively participate in the learning process by working closely with teaching staff to help plan and deliver lessons across multiple subjects. Your responsibilities will include offering personalised support to students, such as one-on-one assistance for children with additional needs, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary for their academic advancement.
Key Responsibilities:

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Develop an understanding of the special educational needs of the students involved. Familiarise yourself with students'' backgrounds and needs (including Student SEND passports, EHCPs, and any other relevant documents) and implement appropriate strategies.

Requirements:
