Commercial Legal Secretary job, permanent job in Stourbridge Your new company You will be joining an established legal business in the Stourbridge area, for a permanent role as a Commercial Legal Secretary.Your new role This is a full-time job, working Monday to Friday in the office with core duties that include: Opening and creating new files and entering client details on the case management system.Complying with the Firm''s various policies and procedures contained in the office manual.Proofreading of documents.Issuing first letters.Submit online searches.Copy typing and audio typing. Preparing Land Registry applications and updating Land Registry Direct. Applying for Chancel Checks.Communicating with clients and keeping them up to date on progress. Completing pre-completion searches.Sending and receiving faxes and email, preparing letters, memos and bills, typing complex documents and filing. Preparing completion statements and post-completion documents. Filing Stamp Duty Land Transaction returns.Preparing auction packs and sale pack on developments.Reception duties: receiving calls and taking messages, seeing clients in reception when necessary.Dealing with new client enquiries.Preparation of bills.
