To note: The paid training program is delivered full-time over 10-12 weeks. Contractors may need to travel to a specialised training facility (which may be outside of Coffs Harbour) for 2 weeks during this periods to fulfil their training requirements. Your new role The successful candidates will be placed on a rotating roster, Monday-Friday, with the potential for some weekend work. After completing training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls, addressing queries, first point of contact for walk-ins and providing accurate information to clientsWorking in a fast-paced environment providing excellent customer serviceUsing multiple government systems, entering data and navigating multiple screensMeeting KPIs What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in government or banking, or insurance or retail, or similar (highly desirable)Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar (essential)Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programsSuccessful candidates may need to complete a police check What you'll get in return Supportive team with ongoing training providedAbility to move into different teams and work ongoing with the government organisationWeekly pay, online timesheetsSupport from your Hays consultant!
