Security Support Manager/Remote/Utilities/SC Clearance One of Opus'' clients is on the lookout for a Security Support Manager to head up their existing team in their Security Engineering department. This department helps provide security services for the wider set of companies that lie within the group and is integral for the company to reach its set of goals its laid out over the next 3 years. Yor role will ensure that critical systems and customers data are as secure as possible whilst also running a team of security engineers. Some of your key responsibilities will involve:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technical support engineers, driving their professional development and optimizing team performance.Customer Support: Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, requests, and incidents related to our security services, ensuring timely and effective support.Service Standards: Implement and maintain security assurance standards to govern our service delivery processes.Service Development: Collaborate with service delivery teams to develop and enhance security support capabilities and service offerings, including refining service level agreements (SLAs).Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.Service Transformation: Lead the transition from an internal security function to a dedicated internal security service provider.Security Control Enhancement: Contribute ..... full job details .....
