Fabricator/Fitter We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator/Fitter to join our Aerospace client in Titchfield, FarehamThis role places a emphasis on fabrication and fitting of components in preparation for TIG welding, rather than pure welding. Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:15 PMFriday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AMPay (PAYE):First 12 weeks: 16.84 per hour, increasing to 17.35 + 33 days paid annual leaveIncluding holiday pay: 19.29 per hour, rising to 19.87Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate, with double pay on Sundays Key Responsibilities:Preparing components for TIG welding, ensuring precise sizing and fitSizing components both pre- and post-welding to maintain accuracyCleaning and polishing components to required specificationsPressure testing to ensure the integrity of fabricated componentsOperating roller lathes to form components as requiredMaterials Worked With:Stainless SteelInconelNimonicTitaniumAluminium Ideal Candidate:Strong fabrication and fitting backgroundAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience working with high-specification materialsProficiency in using roller lathes and other fabrication equipmentAttention to detail and commitment to quality Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK freely, adhering to ITAR restrictions. ..... full job details .....
