The ideal candidate must:
- Possess the legal right to work in the UK
- Have a current DBS registered on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience working with students who have complex and challenging behaviours
- Comfortable and adaptable in diverse environments
- Able to provide effective support to teachers both in and around the classroom
- Experience working with small groups of children, providing focused and personalized support
