We are currently partnered with a growing and passionate civil engineering design company based in Surbiton, London as they look to add a Senior Civil Drainage Engineer to their team. This company has a track record of serving multiple Tier 1 contractors and clients across the infrastructure sector. The company is a dynamic team: agile, experienced, and collaborative. Company services include civil and structural engineering consultancy to the infrastructure sector, as well as CAD abd BIM compliant design services. They also supply tendering support for Tier 1 Contractors. The key purpose of this role is to deliver drainage and highway designs on all the projects the job holder is working on. Design must be innovative, sustainable and intelligent and must meet fee and client budgets whilst exceeding all stakeholder expectations. Technical Responsibilities:Work with the team to provide specialist knowledge and drainage/highways designs as well as other projects as requiredUndertake design for infrastructure projects, including 3D surface modelling and hydraulic drainage design.Represent at client, contractor, and local authority meetings.Knowledge of design and approvals for S278 and S38 highway schemes with design capability when supervised by senior staff.Knowledge of design and approvals of S104, S106 and S185 drainage schemes, including awareness ..... full job details .....
