About the Role: We''re looking for a customer-focused Optical Assistant with at least 6 months of optical experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you''ll work in a large, modern store with great transport links and free parking. Key Responsibilities: Dispensing to all levels Pre-screening patients and supporting optometrists. Assisting with frame selection and contact lens teaching (training provided). Handling cash and working on reception. Delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse patient base, including children and elderly patients. What We''re Looking For: A bubbly personality and excellent customer service skills.
