The Role In this Primary Teacher role, you will be a full-time class teacher in Year 1. You will be working alongside one other year group teacher and under the direction of the phase leader. Planning is shared across the year group and the curriculum is creative and varied and encourages individual learning and personal growth. The school are looking for a teacher who:• has the ability to demonstrate consistently good or outstanding teaching;• has good knowledge and experience teaching the KS1 curriculum• has experience supporting pupils with SEND• is committed to ensuring all children succeed;• is organised and hardworking;• is creative, flexible and committed. The school uses the Little Wandle phonics programme and NCTEM for maths are ideally looking for a teacher who has previous experience teaching using these programme although this is not essential.
