The client, which prides itself on employee retention and development, has chosen to add to the existing finance team with the creation of a brand new role which will focus on partnering with all areas of the business and the senior management team, to help drive performance and profits.Aside from being formally qualified with multiple years post qualified experience, the successful candidate will have exemplary academics including strong A Level grades and a finance related degree from a reputable institution. They will be comfortable working within a fast paced commercial environment and be able to react to changing briefs and objectives. In addition, they will be communicatively strong and have experience liaising with people at all levels, subtly influencing and persuading as and when required.
