The successful candidate will have a proven track record in businesss development in the recruitment industry within temps and want to work towards a Branch Manager role in the future and open a branch in the Milton Keynes region and build a team around them. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals and developing the Bedford and Milton Keynes area.
