Your new role As a Transactional Services (TS) Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing corporate finance services for clients, and managing and mentoring a team of professionals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers, identifying and evaluating potential transaction opportunities, and providing strategic advice to clients on TS-related matters.
