Overview: We are looking for motivated and skilled Electrical Mates, Plumbing Mates, and HVAC (or Duct Fitter) Mates to join our team. The successful candidates will provide support to qualified tradespeople and ensure that installations, repairs, and maintenance projects are completed to a high standard. This role requires a willingness to work away from home (50/50) and adhere to strict health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Support to Qualified Tradespeople: Assist Engineers with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and completion of projects. Provide hands-on support during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Work Away from Home: Be prepared to work away from home approximately 50% of the time, ensuring flexibility and readiness for travel to various job sites. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all relevant health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Hold and maintain appropriate certifications, including WAH, IPAF, PASMA, and CSCS, to work on site safely. Assist with System Installations and Maintenance: Help install electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, or HVAC systems under the supervision of Engineers. Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing, following instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
