Contracts Manager Based in Walsall 45K - 52K + Car Allowance + Benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Contract Manager to deliver Planned Works to tenanted Social Housing properties across the West Midlands, this role will be based in Walsall. All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens / bathrooms, window and door replacements, roofing renewals, cladding, EWI and MandE.
