This is an excellent opportunity to manage and oversee the successful delivery of a major commercial refurbishment for a well-known client.Key Responsibilities: Lead the project from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and subcontractors.Manage and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly and effectively.Prepare and deliver progress reports, presenting updates to senior stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards.Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. Requirements: Experience in managing commercial fit-out projects, ideally in London.Proven track record of delivering high-quality fit-outs on time and within budget.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of commercial construction processes and regulations.
