Perhaps you have commenced further training and have decided you would like to take up a classroom based but no planning role.You will be confident and enthusiastic, ideally with prior experience working with children or young people, within SEND, Youth Work or Care, with confidence, initiative and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of young people and colleagues.
