Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover Cambridge / East Anglia, salary to 43k+ plus Vehicle, overtime and great benefits. Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards and growth they are looking for a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in the Cambridge / East Anglia region. Role Planned Maintenance on Electrical / Building Services plant, undertaking reactives, PPM''s and occaisional installation works. Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports. Checking UPS systems Testing fire alarms Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts / LED''s etc Installing new boards / motors etc Minor alterations to BMS set points. General Building services to HVAC plant. Location As the Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be covering a number of high end commercial buildings in the Cambridge and East Anglia region, Van / Car provided with fuel card. Experience required Electrical Building services maintenance background. Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge Electrical NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition. Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent preferred but training offered. Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic).
