This is an exciting opportunity work with a warm and positive nursery in Birmingham, who focus on child engagement by play-to-learn. The setting encourages bilingual speech in young children with a OPOL (one person, one language) approach to ensure children develop each language separately. The nursery ensures children are able to challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment, while the bilingual aspect provides many cognitive development befits.The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner, on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right Nursery Practitioner. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and could be required to work across all rooms, supporting children from ages 6 weeks up to 4 years.
