Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit CommitteeAbout the roleWe are looking for a Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee ( FRAC ) who is passionate about mental health service provision and public protection, to join the Board of Trustees. You will become a charity trustee (company director) and ensure that the public interest and charitable objectives run through all that we do.This is a particularly exciting time to join the organisation as we will be launching our three-year strategy psychotherapy in a changing world in the Autumn of 2024. We want to work with you to craft an achievable delivery plan to sit alongside this strategy, which will be accompanied by a medium-term financial plan.Leading the Board s oversight of charitable funds, you will be pivotal in ensuring the organisation demonstrates excellent stewardship of resources and is financially sustainable for the future.
