The role will involveSupporting the Care Department with a wide range duties including:Diary management for the Care teamDrafting/typing of correspondence and legal documentsLiaising with clients by email, face to face and by telephoneOpening and closing filesConducting conflict checks and preparing compliance documentationTaking instructions from prospective new clients and providing quotesUse of a legal case management systemAttending court to take notes or deliver court bundles and letters Uploading documents to HMCTS PortalApplying for Legal Aid funding online Arranging the payment of invoices and claiming payments on account onlineSuitable candidates will be local to Coventry and have:A minimum of two years legal support experienceExcellent keyboard skills and IT skillsA high level of attention to detailGood IT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work well as part of a teamA minimum of 12 months'' experience, ..... full job details .....
