Supply Desk are currently working with a range of primary schools across Swale, providing consistent daily supply cover for teachers in both small and large schools, from more rural to centrally located areas. We are looking for primary-trained teachers with QTS, or secondary-trained teachers who have experience in primary school placements, to join our pool of flexible, reliable, and engaging supply staff.

These positions offer the chance to work across various schools in Swale, all of which embrace inclusive teaching practices and seek to build strong, positive relationships with their supply teachers. About the Role:

As a daily supply teacher, youandrsquo;ll have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students through engaging lessons, ensuring continuity in the classroom when the regular teacher is absent. You will work in a variety of school environments, where your strong classroom management and vibrant approach will make a positive difference to both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all primary key stages.
• Adapt your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students in different classrooms.
• Inspire and encourage students to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Maintain strong classroom management to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Build positive relationships with school staff, students, and their families.
• Collaborate with the school team to ensure a smooth transition for students in the teacher''s absence.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with primary school experience or secondary-trained with prior primary placements.
• Have a positive, caring, and vibrant approach to teaching.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills.
• Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a variety of school settings.
• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Be passionate about making a positive impact on students'' learning and well-being.
