In this role, you ll support HR projects through data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting, while driving improvements in the payroll system and related functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Design templates and consolidate data, ensuring accuracy and clarity that aligns with PandL, budgets, and forecasts. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and KPIs that inform and guide decision-making. Craft detailed reporting packs for senior management, complete with valuable commentary. Enhance the efficiency of existing models and systems to better support HR objectives. Create standardized reporting tools for the group, facilitating consistent communication across various territories. Oversee key internal reports, managing their design, frequency, and accuracy Requirements: Experience as an analyst, particularly with complex HR-related data and reporting, understanding its connections to finance and operations. Expertise in developing meaningful KPIs and reports from various HR systems, showcasing business performance.
