Site Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - Essex and London Company: My client are a reputable drylining company who have been established for over 10 years. With a turnover of £10m, they are looking to continute this growth in the next coming years. They have a very wide range of project portfolio including Education, Commercial, Residential and Healthcare. As they experience a large amount of growth, they are looking for an experienced intermediate site manager to join a growing team to allow the business to progress further. Duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for the site management and on-site sub contractors for contracts based in London and the South-East surrounding areas. You will be working under a senior contracts manager organising day to day activities on site and reporting to your senior. This role will suit someone coming from a trade background and looking for a career move. Experience/Requirements The ideal candidate must have a 5 years experience within the construction industry with a drylining background. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must hold an SMSTS or HandS equivalent High ambition/drive to achieve to the best of their ability. Someone who can manage employees in a supportive manner and report to a senior contracts manager on matters that occur. Hold adequate skills when using a laptop including office products (word, excel etc) Flexible on working times Must hold a valid full UK driving license ..... full job details .....
