The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Have experience working in a primary school setting.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to student welfare.
