Job description:Grounds Maintenance Operative Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham Work location: Covering Wiltshire and Gloucester areas based from Chippenham. Salary - £23,822-per annum. Contract type - Permanent Working hours - Full Time - 39 hours Close date - 28 October 2024 Interview Date - TBC About the role Your role will be to undertake grounds maintenance work on GreenSquareAccord Limited owned land, to include, playing fields, landscaped areas and other horticultural operations. You will be responsible for carrying out daily grounds maintenance tasks as delegated by the Grounds Maintenance Manager in accordance with policies and adhering to the team risk assessments. The team works closely with several departments including Housing, Commercial, Responsive Maintenance and Empty Homes on a regular basis.Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer. About you You will have experience with Ground Maintenance. You will ideally have PA1 and PA6 spraying licence. You will have hadCOSHH, Manual Handling and Health and Safety Training.
