(Part-time) Technical Sales Support Administrator South London - Office based Part time - 29 Hours/ £29,000 Annual bonus + lots of other exciting benefits Are you an experienced Technical Sales Support Administrator? Role Responsibilities for Technical Sales Support Administrator Communicate and talk to customers and other team members (sales managers/service engineers) every day by phone or email Review and respond to customer requests quickly, making sure to give them the right information on a timely basis Help answer customer questions and make sure they understand our products and services Create and check quotes for customers, making sure everything is correct and follows company rules Send quotes to customers and make sure the right salesperson follows up if needed Handle customer orders using our computer system Let the warehouse team know about any changes in customer orders Prepare and send documents customers need, like shipping labels and documents etc Process returns and credits when needed Keep customers updated on their orders Collect important safety information and complete checklists for orders Work well with others to help the sales and service teams succeed Share important project information with the team Look for ways to make our processes better for both our team and our customers Double-check quotes to make sure prices are correct before they are sent out Technical Sales Support Administrator Professional Experience and Education Requirements ..... full job details .....
